I am kind of person who is love to plan about shredding some fats but likewise im also good at breaking them, well for this year inorder for me to know how serious i am.. I am planning once again to undergone some diet since I wanted to be fit and healthy so im planning to have a strict diet and it requires lots of discipline. I am type of person who is not fun of exercise specially running so I decided that if I have minimal kind of activities, I must adjust to my intake so I decided to try some low carbs, low fats, low salt diet as well as the low Na which is always present to those canned foods and etc. I will be the one to make my dietary plan so I wish it will not turn to be a crash diet.
Will face the most difficult phase once again ---> the Beginning Phase.
Anyhow im excited for my diet tomorrow I hope I can bare with it until I get my desired weight ^^ will update day by day on what foods I will eat.
